Proof of application for all three clearances (Act 34, Child Abuse History Clearance, and FBI Clearance) must accompany all applications for positions within the Warren County School District.  This is in accordance with Act 114 of 2006, Section 111 of the Public School Code amended effective April 1, 2007.

2. Criminal Record Check - Act 34
