At Beaty-Warren Middle School we aspire to be a place where the young adolescent, through challenging academics, high expectations and a caring, safe environment, is provided with the necessary resources to grow into a life-long learner and productive member of the community.
In addition to their regular core and elective classes, Beaty students have the opportunity to participate in three Project Lead the Way STEM courses, band, chorus, orchestra, Spanish and several academic electives. Beaty also offers a wide variety of clubs and programs. Clubs range from aquarium, cooking, reading, drama, sports, to name a few. Extracurricular programs consist of Battle of the Books, Student Council, District band and chorus competitions, STEM competitions and Ecology club.
Positive School Wide Behavior Program:
Starting with the 2018 school year, Beaty became one of 113 schools in the state of Pennsylvania to begin implementing the concepts of the School Wide Positive Behavior Program. In order to “promote the academic, social and emotional well-being of all” of our students, Beaty adopted their FIRE rules and expectations. On a daily basis, Beaty students are recognized for making positive choices whether in their classrooms, hallways or with their peers.
