    BoardDocs is the software used by the Warren County School District to conduct paperless Board and Committee meetings. The information available to the public can be accessed by going to www.wcsdpa.org, selecting 'BoardDocs' and then selecting the date of the featured meeting. The agendas are available up to five days prior to the scheduled meeting date.

    The information being projected during a meeting is intended to allow the public to view the agenda and see which documents are available on the website. The specific attachments and documents that may be projected are not designed to be viewed for content at a meeting. The public can access most Board and committee documents through BoardDocs where they will remain for future reference. For legal reasons, some documents may not be viewed by the public.


     

    Due to Governor Wolf’s mandated limited indoor capacity and to best ensure the health, welfare, and safety of Board members, District employees, and the public, the Warren County School District Board of School Directors will hold its Regular Board meeting on Monday, October 12, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. via teleconference.  The public may join the meeting via computer at https://wcsdpa.zoom.us/j/93560172109 or via phone by dialing 1-301-715-8592.  If prompted, enter Meeting ID: 935 6017 2109.  The meeting agenda will be available on Friday, October 9, 2020, at https://go.boarddocs.com/pa/wcsdpa/Board.nsf/Public; on the district website under Our District – School Board – Board Meeting Information; and hard copies will be available to pick up in the Central Office outer lobby, and posted in the lobbies at Eisenhower Middle High School, Sheffield Area Middle High School, Warren Area High School and Youngsville High School.  Those members of the public who would like to offer public comment at the meeting must contact the Board Secretary via email at wcsdpubliccomment@wcsdpa.org or via text to 814-730-0900 by noon on Monday, October 12th.  Please include your name; your email address (if you will be logging into the meeting on a computer or other device) or your phone number (if you will be dialing into the meeting by phone); and whether you would like to comment on an item that is on the agenda or another matter that is not on the agenda.  Please include only this information, and not your comments, in your communication to the Board Secretary.  During the comment period, only those who have contacted the Board Secretary and provided the necessary information will be called upon to participate in public comment, and priority will be given to those who wish to comment on agenda items.
