THE WARREN COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT'S REGISTRATION FOR
2021 WINTER SPORTS WILL BE OPEN FROM OCTOBER 4, 2021 to OCTOBER 25, 2021
The Warren County School District now requires online registration for both athletic teams and marching bands using Family ID. The Family ID platform is a simple and secure system that will allow you to easily create and manage multiple registrations for as many students in your family as necessary. Family ID may be accessed through your computer or smartphone/mobile device.
Creating a Family ID Account
New users must create a new account with Family ID before they can get started. Please follow the link below to go to the Family ID website, then click on "Get started NOW" or on the CREATE ACCOUNT link in the upper righthand corner. LINK: Family ID Website
Finding the Correct WCSD Program
After creating your account, go to 'find a program' and then to 'type organization name or keyword' to find a program. In the keyword to find a program section, you will type "Warren County School District" and select "Pennsylvania" as your state, then click 'find'. You will then be able to select the school you will register with, which is your student's home attendance area school. Be sure to read the introductory letter after you have selected your school, then scroll down the screen to continue the registration process. You will first pick your sport/activity and then provide all of the required information.
Each student registration will be charged a fee based on the grade of the student and the activity they are registering for:
- $50.00 for grades 9-12
- $25.00 for grades 7-8
- $50.00 for grades 9-12
- $25.00 for grades 6-8
Online payment is required in order to complete your student's registration. Individual WCSD schools may require an additional fee, as well. If an additional fee is required, you will see this during the registration process.

Request for Refund of Athletic Participation Fee
A refund of the athletic participation fee may be requested if one of the following situations occurs prior to the 5th day of practice:
- The team season is cancelled due to insufficient numbers.
- The student does not attend tryouts or does not make the team.
- The student moves out of the district prior to the first scheduled practice.
- The student suffers a season ending injury before the first scheduled practice.
- Other, subject to approval, provide explanation on Refund Request Form.
