Meal Schedules for January Return to School (updated 3/2/21)

WCSD RELEASES MEAL SCHEDULES FOR JANUARY (updated 3/2/21)

The Warren County School District (WCSD) will continue offering free breakfasts and lunches for pick up for those students who continue to attend classes online. Meals are available to all children 18 years of age or younger.  Meals will continue to be available for pick up from 10:00 am-1:00 p.m. and 4:15 p.m.-5:30 p.m., in an effort to provide access to nutritious meals during this time, Monday will be a 3-day meal pick-up and Wednesday will be a 4-day pick-up.

***PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME OF THE PICKUP LOCATIONS/TIMES HAVE CHANGED-THIS WILL BEGIN 1/27/21***

MORNING MEAL SERVICE:

Meals will be available for pick-up at the following locations Monday and Wednesday starting at 10:00 a.m. Pick-up time is 10:00-10:30 at the designated cafeteria door OR meals will be available in the main school office from 10:30-1:00 p.m (Sheffield office pickups run until noon).

  • WAHS:  Student bus entrance (For all WAEC, BWMS, WAHS virtual students)
  • EMHS/EES:  EMHS Student bus entrance
  • YMHS:  Front door (For all YES and YMHS virtual students)
  • SAMHS/SAES:  Front Cafeteria Bus entrance door

AFTERNOON MEAL SERVICE:

Meals will be available for pick-up at the following locations Monday and Wednesday from 4:15-5:30 p.m.

  • BWMS:  Front bus entrance (For all WAEC, BWMS, WAHS virtual students)
  • EMHS/EES:  EMHS Student bus entrance
  • YES:  Front door (For all YES and YMHS virtual students)
  • SAMHS/SAES:  Front Cafeteria Bus entrance door discontinued as of 3/2/21

Students who receive a breakfast and/or lunch meal in school are not eligible to receive additional meal/meals for that same day. Students in school buildings will have breakfast and lunch service available to them in the cafeteria as well as a weekend pack they may take home every Friday.

Staff will ask for student names to meet state and federal requirements. Parents and Students may pick up meals at any school location during the times listed above. 

No sign-up is necessary to receive these meals. 

In the event of a 2-hour delay on a pick-up day, the normal pick-up schedule will be followed. Please remember with the late bus arrivals to not arrive at the designated cafeteria door before 10:00 a.m.

In the event that school is canceled due to inclement weather on a pick-up day, meals will be provided on the following school day. Previously scheduled days off on the school calendar will be worked into the Monday and Wednesday pick-up schedule.
