WAEC is the recipient of a SPEL Grant that has made it possible to incorporate ECRI (Enhanced Core Reading Instruction) in our Kindergarten classrooms this year, with the program expanding to further grades in the years to come.

Through SPEL, students needing Tier II behavioral intervention for attendance, behavior, or coursework are able to access Check and Connect, which pairs students with a mentor.
