Right to Know requests will only be fulfilled if submitted by a person (including an agency) who is a legal resident of the United States.  Anonymous requests will not be fulfilled. The Warren County School District reserves the right to request verification of a requester’s status as a legal resident of the United States.

For purposes of calculating the 5 business day response period, a business day excludes Saturday, Sunday, and any weekday that the Warren County School District Central Office is closed for business.  The District's hours of operation on business days are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Any request sent to the Open Records Officer (who is a central office employee) on a non-business day or after 4:00 p.m. shall be deemed received on the next business day.
