Transportation
The Warren County School District provides transportation services for approximately 4,500 public students and 500 non-public students. The district logs 9,900 miles every school day (1.8 million miles annually) transporting students over a district that encompasses 792 square miles.
The transportation department is constantly analyzing and adjusting routes to make sure that our transportation system is as cost-efficient and effective as possible. The number one priority of the transportation department is safety and school buses are still proven to be the safest mode of transportation for getting children back and forth to school according to the U.S. Department of Transportation.
