Request for Transportation or Transportation Change
If you need to add or change bus transportation for your child, please fill out the Transportation Add/Change Request Form that can be found on the Transportation Webpage or at any of our school offices. The Transportation Webpage can be found by clicking on MENU/Transportation. Please fill out the form with your child's specific information and then sign it. You can email the form to the email addresses found on the Transportation Webpage or send the form in with your child to school. Once the form is received by the Transportation department, the request will be reviewed, and the Transportation department will contact you with the new bus information.
Please be aware that it may take up to 5 working days for the change to become effective. If you have a question about a transportation request, please contact the Transportation Department at 814-723-6900 ext. 8.
The Warren County School District transportation office is open year-round. Even in the summer months, it is important for you to update the Transportation Office with any changes regarding your child's transportation to or from school. Please call 814-723-6900 ext. 8 to speak with someone in transportation.
