Bryceton Wilkins exemplifies the qualities of a well-rounded scholar, athlete, and school leader. A senior at Eisenhower High School, Bryceton is known for his extraordinary effort, both academically and athletically. He is enrolled in AP Government, AP European History, Honors English, and Advanced Biology Honors—challenging courses that demand discipline and persistence. His deep curiosity about the Renaissance and Enlightenment periods, along with a strong passion for ecology and biology, fuels his goal to major in environmental science. He is hardworking and persistent, consistently balancing rigorous academics with high-level extracurricular involvement.
A respectful and compassionate leader, Bryceton leads by example. As captain of both the soccer and wrestling teams, he demonstrates humility, sportsmanship, and a calm, focused demeanor that encourages those around him. His teachers and coaches frequently commend his character, noting his honesty, optimism, and responsibility. These qualities are not just evident in the classroom or on the field but in how he engages with peers and younger students. He is a dedicated mentor and tutor and regularly volunteers at events such as the Key Club Food Drive, the Betts Industry Kids’ Christmas Party, and the Captain's Council’s Trick-or-Treat event. Bryceton even helped plant trees at Conservation Park, reflecting his passion for community and the environment.
His involvement in multiple clubs—including Student Council, National Honor Society, Key Club, HEAL Club, SADD, and the Eisenhower Captain's Council—demonstrates his strong sense of civic responsibility and good citizenship. Bryceton represents Eisenhower High School with pride and integrity, and he consistently serves as a positive and influential representative of the school community.
His soccer coach, Mr. Taylor, perfectly summarized Bryceton’s impact: “One of Bryceton's most notable qualities is his ability to lead by example. His calm demeanor and focused attitude make him an outstanding sport captain, club officer, and mentor to the younger students around him. He is a credit to his family and the school and would be a very worthy recipient of this award.”

The session, hosted by Warren Hi-Ed, will begin at 6:00 p.m., at WCSD Central Office.

⚠ Stay Safe: The Danger Zone - Can your child see the driver? More importantly — can the driver see them?
The “Danger Zone” is the 10-foot area around the bus where it’s hardest for drivers to see students. Teach children to:
• Stay 10 steps away from the bus
• Make eye contact with the driver before crossing
• Never walk behind the bus
Our drivers are always watching carefully, but safety is a team effort. Let’s make sure every child is seen and safe!

Join us this week in celebrating our students’ hard work and talents at a variety of fall season events. There’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Ride Right: Safety Inside the Bus - What’s the safest way to ride the bus? Sit right, ride right!
Once aboard, students play a big part in keeping the ride safe for everyone.
Remind them to:
• Stay in their seat, facing forward
• Use quiet voices so the driver can concentrate
• Keep backpacks on their lap or under their seat
• Avoid shouting or horseplay
The U.S. Department of Transportation reports that school buses are the safest way to get to and from school — let’s keep it that way!

Come out and cheer on our students by attending one of the many fall season events.

🚌 October is Bus Safety Month!
Each week, we’ll spotlight an important part of keeping our students safe as they travel nearly 1.8 million miles each year across 792 square miles of Warren County. Safety is always our #1 priority!
🛑 Safety Starts at the Stop - Did you know bus safety begins before students even step on board?
Arriving early and staying alert at the bus stop helps everyone start the day safely!
Here are a few simple reminders for families to review together:
• Arrive at the bus stop 10 minutes early
• Stand back from the curb while waiting
• Wait for the bus to come to a complete stop before approaching
• Never push or run at the bus stop
Remind children that the driver needs to see them at all times. With nearly 10,000 miles traveled each school day, every safe stop matters!
