WCSD was granted funding for the 2023-2024 school year to pay for student tuition. We have several dual enrollment agreements in place and each of them collects student tuition differently.
(PLEASE NOTE: The district is NOT reimbursing the student/family. The payment goes directly to the university/college.)
Harrisburg University
Students in the STEM Academy will apply during the registration period (Oct 1 to Nov 1) and the roster will be verified. At that point Harrisburg University will generate an invoice and provide it to the WCSD for payment of all registered students.
Mercyhurst University
No students have registered for the fall semester, and the WCSD is working with Mercyhurst to request an invoice for any students who may elect to take courses in the Spring Semester of 2024.
Northern Pennsylvania Regional College (NPRC)
The WCSD is requesting that NPRC invoice the district by academic term:
o Fall 2023 following schedule adjustment period (billing cycle following August 23)
o Spring 2024 following schedule adjustment period (billing cycle following January 24)
PennWest Clarion University
WCSD students are required to get into their portal and print out the invoice of their student tuition. The invoice is to be provided to Central Office at the following address.

University of Pittsburgh at Bradford
WCSD students can take UPB classes within their high school courses. Students should speak with their school counselor regarding which courses are available through UPB. Student applications will be completed during the registration period which is October 15 to November 15. Packets of student applications will be sent to UPB from each of the high schools. A list will be generated and UPB will send the WCSD an invoice to be paid by January 1.
University of Pittsburgh (Main) - Eisenhower Middle High School Only
After the student application period has closed, the University of Pittsburgh Main will work with the EMHS teacher to ensure accuracy of registered students. Upon satisfaction of the student list, the WCSD will be sent an invoice to be paid.
