Attention 5th grade parents:
We wanted to make sure we let everyone know what to expect for the 5th grade clap-out this Friday afternoon after the SOAR assembly on Friday, June 7, 2024. Family members that would like to come "clap-out" their 5th grade students may join us outside at 2:30. We ask that you remain outside in front of the main entrance to the building. No parents or family members will be permitted in the building. The forecast looks like rain, so please plan to bring umbrellas!
Parents and family members will line the sidewalks from the exterior gym doors to the main entrance doors by the office. Please do not expect your student to leave with you, as they will be expected to leave on their normal transportation. Students will not be permitted to sign out to go home early. This is to promote and ensure a safe and orderly last day of the school year, as well as give their teachers one last opportunity to connect with each 5th grade student before they send them on their way. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding. YES families rock!

🚴‍♀️Bike to School Day🚴‍♂️- Wednesday, May 22
We meet in front of the old Youngsville PNC Bank at 7:10am. Youngsville Police will be there to speak to the students about bike safety.🚲Youngsville Police will help students safely cross onto Second Street. 🚴 When we arrive, there is a bike rack students can use to park our bikes near the front of our school. Remember to wear your helmet! ⛑
*Dismissal will go as normal unless your child is riding their bike home & is not usually "a walker," then you need to write a note saying that he/she will be riding their bike home that day. If you are from out of town, please pick up your child’s bike to take home before the end of the day and they will be dismissed to their bus as usual at the end of the day. Please indicate that in a note to your child’s teacher.
