Pennsylvania schools must ensure compliance with mandated health services.
Physical Examinations: Required for Kindergarten, 6th, and 11th grades.
Dental Examinations: Required for 1st, 3rd, and 7th grades.
If your student is currently in one of the grades listed above, please confirm that all health records are updated with your student's school nurse. Documentation of these exams and screenings is crucial for compliance with the PA Department of Health. If the documentation is not on file with the school nurse, your child will be seen by the provider when they are at the schools.
