The Groundhog did not see his shadow and the SAES cafeteria celebrated with these adorable pudding cups for for lunch!


Students who got lunch from the cafeteria this week had an opportunity to vote Yes or No on whether the groundhog would see his shadow or not. A winner was picked during lunch today from the No bucket- Congratulations Blake! Thank you Nutrition and our awesome Sheffield cafeteria staff!

Many students have been predicting whether Punxsutawney Phil will see his shadow or not by voting daily in the cafeteria during lunch! Tomorrow we will find out if Phil predicts 6 more weeks of winter or an early spring.

Warren County School District presents the cast of its 17th All-County Musical, Little Shop of Horrors. Performances will be held at Warren Area High School's Keller Auditorium on March 14th, 15th, and 16th at 7:00 PM and March 16th at 2:00 PM.

The Warren County School District will be closed on January 23, 2024 due to inclement weather.

The Gifted Students field trip to the Tom Ridge Center is canceled due to the weather delay on January 23, 2024.

The Warren County School District is on a two hour delay on Tuesday January 23rd.

The weather delay on January 11, 2024, has unfortunately required the cancellation of the Tom Ridge field trip scheduled for today.
Additionally, the ECRI training at the WCSD today has been cancelled. Those teachers participating in the training will be contacted once alternate plans are determined.

Please remember to be mindful of proper student drop off procedures each morning. As a reminder, student drop off is between 7:30 - 7:55AM each day. Please pull into the driveway of SAES, then drive all the way to the back parking lot (closest to the football field) and circle around the front entrance to drop your child off. Please remember to keep the fire lane clear of traffic at all times. If you have any questions, please contact the Sheffield Main Office at 814-968-3720.
