We meet in front of the old Youngsville PNC Bank at 7:10am. Youngsville Police will be there to speak to the students about bike safety.🚲Youngsville Police will help students safely cross onto Second Street. 🚴 When we arrive, there is a bike rack students can use to park our bikes near the front of our school. Remember to wear your helmet! ⛑
*Dismissal will go as normal unless your child is riding their bike home & is not usually "a walker," then you need to write a note saying that he/she will be riding their bike home that day. If you are from out of town, please pick up your child’s bike to take home before the end of the day and they will be dismissed to their bus as usual at the end of the day. Please indicate that in a note to your child’s teacher.

This Friday (5/10) the Jamestown Jackals Professional Basketball Team is coming to YES! They'll be doing an assembly and handing out free kid's tickets to everyone for their 3pm game on Sunday, 5/12 at the Jamestown Community College Physical Education Complex. We wanted to give families a heads up so they could "save the date" for the game if they'd like to go. Thank you to PTO for sponsoring this exciting opportunity!

Attention Parents of Students in Grades 3-5: English Language Arts PSSA testing starts tomorrow, Tuesday, April 23rd through Thursday, April 25th. Please make sure your child gets to bed early and gets plenty of sleep. Free breakfast is provided at the school! Our testing will be held in the mornings. Attention Parents: This is a message from Youngsville Elementary School: On Tuesday, April 16th, we will be practicing our intruder drill, the time of this drill is not known. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we practice this important drill.

The Youngsville Elementary School PTO would like to remind everyone about the upcoming ice cream social/basket raffle happening this Friday, April 12th from 6-8 pm at the elementary school. Admission is free and tickets for the basket raffle, 50/50, and other side raffles will be at the door for purchase!
Also, please do not forget to send in your chances for the lottery wreath playground fundraiser! They will be accepted through Friday and the winner will be pulled at the basket raffle.
